Digitera is based in Brussels, the European capital, and provides IT Consulting services for both the European Institutions and the private sector. While the sector itself is very serious, corporate and somewhat old-school (our competitors include Atos, IBM, Fujitsu and Deloitte), Digitera has an innovative business model and the feel of a start-up. We are a young, geeky, clever and ambitious team which has been aggressively gaining market share by applying a lean philosophy to our processes and an informal/friendly approach to our clients and staff.
Oh and if we receive something that we really like, that person may have further work designing our whole website/print materials (brochures, business cards, etc). Hope that's a little incentive!
Best of luck,
The Digitera Team
Target Market(s)
The name of the company, Digitera, is a combination between the words Digital + Era. The big challenge is appearing friendly/start-up minded to candidates (the IT experts we recruit to fulfill our contracts) without looking like amateurs to something as serious, as formal and as bureaucratic as the European Commission. If you find a good compromise between these two concepts, you'll have won our contest ;)

Requirements
Must have
- The most important thing is having a simple, stylish logo that communicates trust to our clients (European institutions, other partner companies) and friendliness to our candidates.
Nice to have
- The logo should ideally incorporate a "nod" to the IT and start-up culture, but this is not a mandatory requirement.
Should not have
- Animals, planet, hands/people... Nothing too obvious.
