Our badge should say "Lowest Commission Guaranteed*"

We would like a copy with black on a transparent background and a copy with white on a transparent background (no other colors please).

We require these as .png and .ai

It would be good if it included our logo or part of our logo in some way. Even if you just use the house part as watermark (but be creative - it's up to you)

I've attached our logo including font files.
