Logo Design Brief

Hi,
I need a logo my for car dealership, Distinct Motors. I want a very modern look.
My likes: Font called Dodger, I want the text to be written in a navy blue colour with some element of silver. some abstract design beside it or a "swoosh"

There is a design that I like very much which I would like tweaked so it does not look like an exact replica.
