Has my project started as i have had no response?

I have spoken to several people ref all logo ideas and the feedback is that they either look like a gas company or a Lawyers firm. Could you please look to come away from this and for the logo to have a family feel where we are looking after peoples needs. A picture and the wording please. Thank you
