Logo Design Brief

SensorLog Ltd is a new start-up company based in Ireland.
We are building a product for the collection, management & presentation of sensor and real-time data.
Data will be read from a customers data sources, and they will login to the application to analyse and report on data.

Our customers will include:
Industrial users that use our product to collect and analyse manufacturing data.
Users from the GreenTech industry for applications such as smart Grid and smart metering.
3rd party companies that build their own applications to interact with their customers data using our product as a back-end.

The design should be web 2.0, it should communicate technology, ease of use but also security in terms of data and user privacy

Requirements

Nice to have

• Initially like idea of icon and name "SensorLog"
  It would be nice to have icon reflect data or sensor element of the data but we don't have any good examples at hand. Avoid the cloud icon.
  
  At present we have a broad market - but this may change over time, i.e. target green energy specifically, so we are trying to keep general appeal at present.
  Name should be clear and easy to read. We like designs where sensor and log are differentiated by colour/design.
  We like Blue and black/grey or green and black/grey colours in the font.
