Logo Design Brief

I have 4 brands, we work in the Events Business in the UK providing a range of visual effects that enhance events. Our work includes major sports events and TV programs.

I'm creating a new umbrella brand to encompass the 4 individual brands. I need a new logo for the umbrella brand and 4 new logos (one each) for the sub brands. All the brands should have a very similar look and feel, maybe just a different colour / symbol for differentiation. I'm looking for something quite simple. Further detail is in the attached document.

I'm willing to pay an extra fee to cover the greater complexity of requesting more than one logo.
