Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my full service marketing company for martial arts schools in the U.S. and abroad. www.billstorm.com. My clients are usually overwhelmed and didn't get into the martial arts business to become a marketer so they trust my experience as a business professional and martial artist to handle marketing and promotions for them. This includes social media, email campaigns, automation funnels and internal event promotions. I like dark gray, red and black however I am open to your creative ideas. The design should reflect confidence, integrity and the experience.
