Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design with CSS only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

I'm new to design crowd and I am not certain what is or is not included in the budget. What I need is a web site that works the way I described it. I have a web site that I designed through Godadfy.com
You can see it at acervrentalclub.com it does not do what I need it to.
That's why I am reaching out to designcrowd, but their web site is unclear. On what is included.
Once it is designed the way I need it. I will need to make changes as we add more rvs.
What are your thoughts?

You have done some good work on the web design, but I need it to due commerce. I need a new club member to be able to sign up and enter their name, address credit card info. etc. Once they are a member they need to be able to pick on an RV see the dates that have not been taken pick those dates and reserve it for them 30 days before they are to take the RV they need to pay for the rental. The RV page need to have options for additional items that can be purchased. The member will put a check mark by the item which will then calculate a total. That they can if over 30 days out reserve it, if under 30 days out pay for the rental.
I need to know if you can do all of these things and some that I may have not thought of.
I need to know what you will charge me for such a web site.

Budget good for 1 page for a contest no all pages & all dynamic things as you are asking for a contest site as here you get many designs....
Also no guarantee means less chances of getting payment even if we work hard....
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??
