We need a logo design for a company that does energy consulting in Portland, ME. We consult with owners of multifamily buildings, hotels and retirement communities to reduce utility consumption. We have been using a logo that was developed in word and are looking for a more crisp and professional look. We recently had a template designed for our proposals and reports and would like to have a consistent look. To help with that, the colors used were (in order of RGB):
Dark Green: 100, 106, 43
Light Green: 141, 148, 19
Yellow: 254, 217, 146
Gray: 187, 191, 194
Black: 35, 31, 32
It would be ok to have a blue in there that fits with the other colors.
Our mission statement is:
Strategic Energy Group assists real estate investors in reducing utility costs. Drawing on extensive experience in real estate development and energy consulting, the principals of SEG specialize in translating the energy performance of buildings into financial terms. This analysis gives our clients greater control of their utility expenses, helping to reduce financial risks in an unpredictable energy market.

Updates
Please note that the line "Increasing Asset Value Through Energy Performance" is optional. If it limits the design in any way we'd be happy to see a version of the logo without that text. Thanks!

I saw this logo today and really like it. It is of course a different company. However, in showing a logo that I like I hope will guide someone in creating something similar.
