Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for my new company called "Communications Readiness Group, LLC". I have been in Law Enforcement for 25 years and I'm now a speaker/instructor/consultant for many different law enforcement agencies as well as community colleges, conferences, and symposiums. Along with the company name, I want to use a sea turtle in the logo (but not an actual photo), along with the phrase, "Giving your career direction." I would like the color scheme to be green/tan; possibly with blue added, but not a must.
