Logo Design Brief
This a logo for a home inspection business.I am the sole owner operator and am stressing the idea of trust and community. Every person I perform an inspection for might be my new neighbor or hiking buddy etc. I like the North Central Washington Home Inspection Style image the best, the colors are right, it's fairly simple so I think it would work on business cards, vehicle stickers etc. I attached others so you can see the styles I like. What I have in mind right now is possibly a compass rose with a center banner with "C.R. Westbrook Inspections" and then some wording on the top and bottom I'm still working on, but something probably along the lines of "Integrity" on top and "Community" on the bottom. As mentioned this would be on all my promotional materials, vehicle, shirts etc. So any suggestion from the professional side is appreciated.

Requirements
Must have
- The logo should be conservative or at least not flashy or weird. People purchase a Home Inspection before buying a home. So the logo should make someone feel comfortable and secure with the services provided. Not quite as stodgy as a bank but more than an ice cream store.
Should not have
- I want to avoid cartoony or silly logos. Also according to a professional organization I belong to that gives marketing advice buildings, roofs etc should be avoided as they are over done and don't differentiate much
