Web Design Brief

We need a responsive Twitter Bootstrap theme for a hair transplant business in South Korea which looks good from full size desktop screens down to smartphone displays. We would like the site to match in style with our brochure design (see the PDF and Adobe Illustrator files), although it does not need to match exactly. Please feel free to use the design elements and images in the brochure. The general flow of the theme is shown in the wireframe image.

We expect graphic design, images, CSS, and HTML. No PHP/backend/ecommerce integration is expected.
