Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my business which is a small, rustic tavern, THE FOSSIL ROCK TAVERN in a very small country town, Shell, Wyoming, population 85 - the sign says .I have 1 million people from around the world drive by every year (tourists). I want their business. The tavern has been in operation for 80 yrs but I am a new owner, a woman, and have plans to make money, friends, attract activities and become indispensable to the community. The former owner had a bad reputation and ran a dirty business. When I first opened the tavern in 2015, i got huge positive response from the locals who all comment on the fresh potted flowers I put out on the large simple patio, centered on picnic tables. I love flowers, and will be planting more. there are ranchers and hunters in the area which will comprise my local customer base. No children. I serve very simple food - two or three items. I don't want food to be the focus. Because I am the only business within miles I always joke with my customers that I serve "the coldest beer in town". The immediate vicinity is world famous for its dinosaur fossils and bones. I like the idea of a dinosaur, relaxing, drinking a mug of beer. I want to appeal to a very broad market. I have many motorcycle riders who frequent the scenic byway my tavern is located on. MY tavern is a laid back, friendly place to make new friends, have friendly conversation, relax and enjoy the beauty of the area, Many foreigners as well and many who are repeat customers year after year. I am going to want business cards, t-shirts and an image I can use for many things . I am not sure about what I want the wording to be, but I like the Chillin at THE FOSSIL ROCK TAVERN, "the coldest beer around, or the coldest beer in town" or something like that would be good because I am the only beer around for miles.

• a cute or funny phrase & unique logo design with graphics and text easily readable and identifiable. I don't want to choose the font or logo details. I am paying for someone to come up with something I can use. My ideas and abilities are very limited so I look to the professionals for their creative input and decision making.

• Some of this was mentioned in the brief. I am not confident about the words ' 'Chillin and swillin' at THE FOSSIL ROCK TAVERN, or "The coldest beer around" other ides relate to fossils, rocks i.e.. a play on words - 'Dig it", "Rock on". "I dig The Fossil Rock Tavern" - something that international audiences will understand and appreciate. I want it to be funny. original
