Logo Design Brief

A website which sells 400 plus products in about twelve categories. All deliveries in NZ..

Want the logo to evoke class. I like the round doughnut logo with the name on the horizontal and in the perimeter is the tag line. "great Gifts For"' and then on the bottom half "Great Kiwis"'. Colours? I will leave to you.
I have made rudimentary instructions on the attachment. I'm about to change the website but first need a logo.
