Is this project about converting your existing website design into bootstrap responsive or it is to re-design the homepage and then once approved, code it into Bootstrap ?
Please confirm. Also clarify how many pages design/coding are you looking for?

Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for Homepage psd design with CSS only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

It is redesigning and using Bootstrap 4 keeping the essential elements in place.
Only two pages. Home page and another page.

Not looking for php code..Only CSS/HTML for two pages.

This is my first project. That is why I am little hesitant to guarantee.
I am all intentions to accept the design if it is good.
