Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my music project. I'm a solo artist but want to focus this project as a collective. The name is Kells.

My music is funk/soul/jazz ect. Think James Brown, Michael Jackson Off The Wall record, Zero 7 & Jazzanova ect.

I'm looking for something with a modern feel but funky, intelligent, adult and stylish. A kind of funky version of the Blue Note Jazz type of vibe.

I play all the instruments but my main instrument is guitar. I don;t use samples - just real instruments and real musicians.

This will be used for social media, website. posters and merchandise.
