Catastrophic Case Management
I'm looking for a design that best fits the words Meridian and Catastrophic.
We need a business card for a new business based in Michigan Called Meridian Catastrophic Case Management Services, LLC.
We provide services to clients who have been injured in a car accident and requires assistance of a case manager to facilitate and collaborate care services with or for them to help them on the road from injury to recovery. We would like to use the colors green and orange. The final design should communicate health maintenance and recovery.
We offer an comprehensive head to toe assessment.
We facilitate collaboration with your personalized injury care team members.
We assist with home and attendant care services.
We have a Team of Case managers who's main focus is continuity of care and recovery from motor vehicle injuries.
