Web Design Brief

We need to have the homepage of our website re-designed our current website is at www.capahabank.com
We like the look of this site http://www.newamericanfunding.com/ but would like to have the floating widget is a login box and have it positioned over the left hand side instead of the right. One of the things that we need to have is the "fraud alert" and instead of being a button we would like to see if the design could have a top strip across the whole site that the user could close if they wanted to.

We have 6 locations so we would also like to see a section on the homepage that would contain an area that we could have our locations scroll containing a photo, location name, address, and phone number
of each location.
We would also like to see at least 2 banner areas on the design where we could place ads for specials that we can offer our customers.

On the footer menu navigation please use the current menu items found on our current website https://www.capahabank.com to make the footer menu items like in the example site at the top of this description.
