Podcast Design Brief

I am looking to have a logo created for a podcast that I share with my brother and cousin. We have an idea of what we want our logo/design to look like and have a rough sketch. We need someone to take our sketch and turn it into a graphic logo that we can use to get t-shirts made, bumper stickers, and even business cards. Somewhere in this logo we would like to have our website as part of this (GeeklyPodcast.com). I have attached a rough sketch logo design and actual pictures of us to make it easier. Thanks
