What part is unclear ?

Are you looking for the design of a banner only, or backend programming into the banner as well?

banner only to be added to the carrousel on www.accomodo.no this time around.

Is the text the banner needs to contain the task description then?

It does not need a text description - i want the icons/drawing/process showing this . Simple text possible but need to in that case be applied in norwegian (i will translate for you) and english.
