We need a logo design that is professional, modern, clean and sleek. This is for a Real Estate Division within a company. At once glance it should be identified as a Real Estate Company. It needs to stand out above the rest while projecting an upmarket feel. This design will also be used on corporate blazers and hence, it should be presentable.

The overall design should be forward looking and have a positive vibe.

- Other Requirements
The design will need to Include the words "PND" as the main feature while allowing the audience to know that it stands for "Peggy Ngiam Division". The design will have to showcase the corporate colors of blue and orange.(attached is the corporate colors)
