Illustration Design Brief

This is for a fun editorials blog website.
Create an illustrated face-logo based on the attached "face.jpg" photo.
Humorous, bold, crisp, styled similar to the top face in "samples.jpg" but a little more 3d-life-like like the bottom face. Somewhere between the two.
Need artwork I can resize/scale for:
1. face portion for stand-alone web avatar/icons.
2. face-logo with the text "Guy Public".
3. small browser icon (ie: a unique, bold, simple silhouette-type icon of the main face-logo?)
Life-like colours with red, white, grey/black, as applicable.
