The 15x25 is a tall and narrow ratio, how exactly do you want it to fit?

Just the flag. The indication of the size is in inches.

What i meant is that the flag is almost square (just a bit taller) and the 15" x 25" inch ratio is taller than the original flag.
So in order to fit i need to rearrange the elements if thats okay.

The flag is in bad shape, so i would like to leave it as it is and just add the color.
