Logo Design Brief

I would like to explore a new logo and marketing materials for Faucets n' Fixtures, family owned business was the first decorative hardware and plumbing showroom in the State of Montana. Direct Buying, displaying, direct buying dealer showroom. Competitive pricing, quality, wealth of 30 years of product knowledge. New construction, remodel and updated projects. Faucets, fixtures, tubs, steam showers, bath accessories, towel warmers, medicine cabinet systems, door & cabinet hardware etc. (Faucets n' Fixtures, Where ideas flow?)

Need to create an updated identity that reflects our expertise, knowledge and confirmation of fair pricing. We are the best at what we do. I have attached our logo from another graphic artist done last year. The colors and appearance signage are not effective. I somewhat like the logo just not convinced that it can do better. I want a contemporary design. I like the company Pirch's design and marketing approach. www.pirch.com. I will also need a new website, complete package. I am however on a budget.
