Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new organisation called 'More Than A Manuscript' (MTAM). We are a nonprofit movement that aims to unite the academic community (researchers, universities, funders) to provide fairer rights to researchers. You can visit the website http://www.morethanamanuscript.org to see the general theme of the organization. We would like to use the HEX colour code #C20A2C. The final design should communicate unity, academia, social movement, campaign.

We have already drafted some designs (see attached images), but would like them to be done professionally. The logo should be 3 united scientists, next to the writing 'mtam' (lower case) in Myanmar MN font. However, we are open to better alternatives so please be creative!
