Web Design Brief

We manufacture a variety of products including yard signs and would like to develop a stand alone website to cater to this business unit.

Competitor sites:

A few things to keep in mind/ elements we like from the competitors sites:
1) We do offer design services if someone dones not have a design

2) We would like the user to have the option to either select a template (based on industry: political, real estate, etc) or upload their own file

3) the site will focus on yard signs exclusively

4) Pricing, turn times, and ease of use seem to be the biggest factors in selecting a manufacturer

5) User experience/ flow is very important to us. We would like someone to be able to move forward with their sign selection/creation within the first click.

I like the "post a project" feel of designcrowd.
Also, uprinting.com does a nice job of making it easy for the user to complete project with just a few clicks.

Pages I would like designed are the #1) homepage (prefer user to select whether to upload their own design or a template) #2) design page/upload page #3) checkout page
