Project says Job Type PSD uncoded design only

The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages PSD design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the contest if you need the best designers to work on it

The contest is guaranteed. My apologizes, but I do not understand coded/uncoded PSD, CSS and all these terms. I want a website with maybe up to 10 pages + webshop so students can buy courses online and pay for them through the website. Should I put coded then? Please advice. I have no idea about these things. Karense

The allocated budget for your project is only good for website design only and not the rest of the things that you are after.
