Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo in form of a coat of arms/blazon/escutcheon

It should meet the following requirements:

- I'm open if the general design is in a more classical/playful or modern/simplified fashion but it should be clearly be recognizable/keep the spirit of a coat of arms/blazon/escutcheon

- The Logo should incorporate the motto "Gradatim Proficere" (Step-by-Step forward) either classical in a banner below the escutcheon or incorporated in some other form

- The Logo should contain the following two elements/ or references to the following Elements:
-- A Eurasian Nuthatch (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eurasian_nuthatch) a small woodpecker-like bird who can walk up and down trees
-- A representation of the Fibonacci Sequence/Golden Ratio. This could be for instance the Fibonacci Spiral (http://aetherforce.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/url-2.jpeg) or some
occurrence of it in Nature (https://edex.adobe.com/resource/2d35bc/) or something else
-- If you want to put these elements in separate fields of the escutcheon (Vertically/Horizontally/Diagonally) or combine them in some clever way it's up to you

- The logo should be designed in a way that it is also usable for things like machine embroidery or flex print

- The logo should be designed in color but in a way that it is also works in b&w

- The logo should be delivered as vector graphic
