Logo Design Brief

We need a logo developed for our company. The name of our company is The RISE Group. RISE stands for Result, Innovation, Strategy and Excellence. We are business process optimization experts. We go in and help clients study their processes, find waste and variation, eliminate it, and save lots of money - RESULTS! We also use tech solutions to help companies achieve efficient processes. We want our logo to show we are global and deliver results. We like gold with accents of blue or red. We came up with a few ideas, but are open to a nice, clean and professional logo.
