Target Market(s)

1. Conceptual Target Audience – Property Managers. Slow to trust, slow to forget.
They are reliant on the builder to deliver, or they are perceived to have not have delivered – a crime in Corporate Australia.
Whilst trust is crucial, it is a given for the top builders… what they want to see is a company that keeps on top of each build,
is ahead of the game so that they can report with confidence to their superiors.

2. Their core desire: To be bulletproof when building (therefore, Samways must make them look bulletproof to their bosses).

Hence, SAMWAYS ARE ALWAYS A STEP AHEAD.
