Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the contest if you need the best designers to work on it

Thank you for your suggestions. As already described - we won't need any code. It's about psd / ai / graphics only.
We have attached a few screenshots of the current version of our page. These pages should be redesigned. The amount is around 2 - 3 different layouts - depending on the design of course.

The guarantee will follow.

the other pages could be something like the privacy page - it should more be like a layout instead of a fix page - imagine a feature page or a price page or an about page.
