Print Design Brief

1. We are a corporate support services provider, providing services in Security Management, Fire Safety Management, facility management & HR Services based out of India. pls check website: www.custodian.co.in
2. Need a complete 12 months desk calendar design layout for 2016 including introductory page & end page,which can then be given for printing straightaway. The calendar should be so designed that when we open any month on the front side, the back side should also give out just the same month dates layout with space to note down any important work on a date etc..All important indian festivals, gazetted hoildays should be mentioned. Any information required can be provided by us
3. Since we give this calendars as part of new year gifts, our calendar has to compete for client desk space with other calendars, it must really be very sophisticated, sleek and attractive
4. Company logo, company contact details, website details and company works must be included in the calendar but in subtle, unobtrusive way. Few details like company logo etc, can be there on all pages.Am uploading some details, rest can be taken from the website, or can be provided
5. Calendar size should be aprx 17 cm * 17 cm including the space needed for spiral. Format should be CDR Ver13 or PDF
6. Theme: Surya Namaskar poses/Sun Salutation poses. These are twelve yoga poses, prescribed for mind /body rejuvenation. Poses 1-12 should be on months Jan16 to Dec 16. A very brief writeup on the same including the relevant mantras may also be included on the page

• 7. target audience : 95% male; majority age group: 35-55; middle & senior management
• However, very receptive to any new ideas. The designer has full liberty from our side. The final parameter is that the calendar should be so attractive that it can defeat any other desk calendar competition and win that one spot on the desk
