Logo Design Brief

We support a center in Peru "Centro Integral Esperanza para Jovenes" that helps young men and women between the ages 16-25 years old and live in poverty stricken areas. They train them to enable themselves with occupational training and career guidance as well as introducing them to Jesus Christ through His Word and unconditional love.
We'd like a design that somehow illustrates "hope", maybe to include the infinity symbol. Although we are a Christian based organization, no religious symbols are needed. Open to colors, but partial to a type of blue. We're looking for something simple but meaningful.
