Web Design Brief

All the explination are provided in the files that I have attached.

For short :
• This project will be an e-learning platform. It will have an admin area and the site (the user area).
• I need a design for the site part.
• For now, I will need a design only for the homepage and if somebody creats an acceptable homepage for me, we can continue the colaboration to finish the rest of the site.
• The main ideea of the platform is that from the admin area, a tutor can create courses (with video, audio, text attachements ) ca schedule live sessions, can accept or reject users and etc..
• On the site (the user area) the courses will be avaible for users. There will be free courses, paid courses and other functionalities if you log in as an user.
• For now, let us focus mainly on the homepage of the site.
I need ONLY the PSD files

1). I want only PSD files. Well organized please.
2). Whoever does the best job in creating a homepage may have the rest of the project and receive the money guaranteed

Hello.

Well, the main component of the site will be of course the homepage. After the homepage is done, the rest of the pages will follow that design. We will need to create some new elements, on the other pages but i do not think it will be very  hard work.
Regarding the web development, as I told you, I need ONLY the psd files.
For the rest of the pages i am willing to through an extra 100 - 200 dollars, depending of the profesinalism of the designer, at the end of the project. But there will be 100% an extra 100 dollars.
FOr only the psd files, I think it is fair
