The current budget suffices for homepage PSD design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the contest if you need the best designers to work on it

Thanks for short brief, i'll appreciate if you answer following:

1) Your old site link is not working.
2) Which two pages you want me to design, one is Home and other ?
3) You don't want big graphics across the page that means the max design width will be 1024 ( best view for 1024 x 768)
4) Will you please upload a logo (any format will do i.e. psd, png org jpg, high resolution will be better)
5) Any thing else you want to share
