Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new sales division of our property development company, located in Auckland, New Zealand called 'Property Sales Direct' © . We develop land, construct housing and sell direct to the purchasers with out the need for real estate agents charging expensive fees. We would like to see some slick, creative and modern designs that really stand out from our competition. Any colour combination is welcome.

Hi All, 

Thank you for your submissions to date. Talking with our team, we have looked at the designs and have a better idea of the direction we are heading. The designs that have skyscraper type symbols are very cool and slick which is great (!) but we think these logos have a Corporate / Insurance Company type feel to them, which is not what we're after. 

Design #1973962 is, although very simple and basic, the closest design to what we are after. The logo has a friendly feel with vibrant colours and has a 'Car Sales Yard' feel which is what we like. We are happy with this design but still not 100% (?) and would like to see some more logos around this nature.  

Could you please submit some more options for our perusal around this brief, and we will guarantee the pay. We can also Extend the time limit if you would like more time? Please advise if you would like more time. Thanks you for your efforts.
