Brochure Design Brief

We want a presentation folder design for a property business based in the UK. Our brand colour are Yellow and Black.

The background colour should be Yellow. Allowed colour are Yellow and Black and their shades.

INSIDE PAGE: 18.90 Width x 13.99 Height

OUTSIDE PAGE: 18.90 Width x 13.99 Height PLUS 4.02 Inches for the Reverse part to put papers. So that makes a total of 18.90 x 18.01 inches

The front side:
Should have company logo, company name "Springbok Group" with Tag line "Talk Property - Think Springbok"
And three UK Houses Images. See attachment.

The Back side:
Should have company logo, Head Quarter Images, Address, Website, email etc. See Attachment
Should have Phone number prominent and graphically presented.

The Inside (Left side):

Should have a "springbok" Image with the provided Text. See attachment.

The inside (right side)

Flap to carry papers preferably with a logo on the flap.

• The folder must have 4 pages, and use the Logo and Images we've attached.
  
  The Background colour should be Yellow.
  
  The Only Colour Allowed in the entire folder are Yellow, Black and Greyish Black and the shades thereof.
  
  No other colours should be used.
  
  
  ALL DESIGNERS
  
  Please submit your designs Inner and Outer Part as ONE SINGLE design submission.
  
  Do not Submit them separately.
