Logo Design Brief

My wife and I have become independent real estate agents. We both have large families and want to create a family real estate business called Austin Red. We prefer subtle, simple, more traditional, and clean designs. Though we have the name red included we don't necessarily want bold red colors. We probably prefer mostly black and white. I am an outdoor enthusiast and love the mountains while my wife loves all things vintage. We are from Austin Texas which is where the ranch like design I created and uploaded originated from. We are open and may even prefer with the right design just the name Austin Red for simplicity. We like hollow font, but am not sure that is the best look for the primary design.
