Hi, a few things:
1. And under the "Should not have section" you put Re/Max Colors. Are you saying you don't want the Re/Max colors in the design?
2. In the draft you gave, there are 2 different designs around the logo ("The real estate leaders" and "Above the crowd"). Do we have to use them or just use the logo itself.
3. Finally, either way, can you post a large version or vector format of the logo or those designs.

The Re/Max Logo must be used in the design. A coaster has 2 sides. If you notice on the doc I uploaded the top picture is the "front" of the coaster, the other is the underside or "back" of the coaster.
The Re/Max colors are red, white and blue and should be incorporated into the design. The coaster is a square with rounded corners.
The design I uploaded was just my poor attempt at a design which I obviously did not like, hence seeking to have the marketing piece professionally designed. If you google "Re/Max Logos" , you will have lots to choose from that you can play with in the design to see which works best.
Our company name "RE/MAX RESULTS REALTY" should stand out as well as the phone number.

Do you require all this info on the coaster?

Let me clarify - the project is a piece of marketing material in the form of a 4"x4" square drink coaster with a design on both sides. The company being promoted is RE/MAX RESULTS REALTY. The RE/MAX corporate logo must be used and the colors must be red white and blue. The info. that I had uploaded for the front of the coaster must be included.

The verbiage on the back -do not use because it is too cumbersome. Play with the design if you so wish but it should be edgy or eye catching, and not look like something I could design on my PC.
