Can you please provide information on where would the logo be used? and have's and have not's?

The logo will be used everywhere including our bottles, website, ads and other means to identify ourselves to customers. I am open to anything that fits my description.

I added a new picture to my brief. Something like the second picture only with maple leafs or a picture of rye grains or something similar in the moon itself.
