Logo Design Brief

I did a REAL site for a local company, but they flaked out and didn't pay. I didn't want all the work to go to waste, so I am going to put a fully function real estate firm website - just doesn't exist and since I'm the client I get to make design decisions.

Like Modern, Simple, Clean, Elegant. No colors set yet but muted color scheme would be good. This is for a firm in a mountain/ski resort town (Ketchum ,Idaho), so incorporating a mountain or something - not literally - would be cool.

This design will be used as a header, and I would love to be able to resize it since the width/size is to be determined. Layered better if I need to tweak for design (make wider, more narrow, etc).

Requirements

Must have

• Want a very cool design since this is for MY portfolio and not a client. Examples of my aesthetic: www.ketchumbeauty.com, www.ilovetab.com, www.nataliekueneman.com/index

Nice to have

• Muted color palette (blues, blue-grays, grays, etc).
• Horizontal orientation - will be header of website (don't want it too high)
• Sophisticated snowflakes and mountain graphics preferred.
• Very elegant.
• Snow and Ploom and partners in firm - should be of equal size.

Should not have

• 3D fonts
• Bright colors, esp orange, red, pink
• House graphic
