Brochure Design Brief

I would like a double sided 11"x17" brochure designed. It will be fold in half to form a book (like this: http://www.2daypostcards.com/summer/cart1/images/uploads/11x17bro.jpg)

It will have 4 sides, front/back and inside left/inside right.

We are building intuitive software to help farmers make better farm finance decisions. It's important to note that every farm is unique and our team of advisors will be standing by to help users with the software and to help them with specific decisions for their operation.

Our software will have the following features which I want to be highlighted in the brochure.

1 - Field-by-Field Budget Tracker (Here you'll show the Inputs screen and the Applications screen). The Inputs section is where users will track their yearly input variable and overhead expenses (seed, fertilizer, chemical, crop insurance, repairs, fuel, drying, crop insurance, debt payments, and misc. expenses). The Applications section is where users will easily assign these expenses to each field they farm.

They will build their budget before the growing season and adjust that budget to actual during the growing season.

2 - Field-by-Field Profit and Loss Tracking (where you'll show the field-by-field P&L screenshot). Users will be able to track their budgets on a field-by-field basis both yearly and cumulatively. This will give them better insight into which fields are the most profitable for their farm or which are costing them money. If fields are costing them money over the long-term, they can either choose to improve the fields or drop them.

3 - Grain Marketing Plan Builder (include the Marketing Plan Screenshot). This is where users can build a time and profit-based grain marketing plan. Most users make grain marketing (when, where, and at what price to sell) based on gut feel and emotion. Our grain marketing plan builder allows farmers to build a structured grain marketing plan.

4 - Grain Contract Tracking (include Grain Contract tracking screenshot). This is where users can track their current grain sales and contracts. Contract types include cash sales, forward contracts, basis contracts, hedge-to-arrive contracts, futures hedges, and option strategies. Throughout the growing season, users will be able to quickly analyze how much grain they have contracted and how much they have available to market.

Other features include futures markets, cash markets, market news and commentary, what/if analysis tools, educational materials, and personalized recommendations.
