Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company starting on long island, New York.

We design and install home protections systems to stop flood/storm/storm-surge related water from getting into houses.

I would like to see at least one of the "S" have the shape of a breaking wave at the top, maybe a house if you can get it in there, and also a stop sign as an "o" or something.

I'd definitely like the color blue in there.

Im marketing to people who live mostly close to water so it dosent have to be "over-corperate" but i still want to look very professional, as this system will have to be trusted to save a house and everything in it from flood damage.

I would like to communicate reliability, strength and a sense of saftey/well being.
