Hi folks, I would like a logo for my business which deals in residential property maintenance and plumbing for real estates agents, the general public and commercial premises. We pride ourselves on quality, quick response and cost awareness. We are based on the Gold Coast however we also service the tropical hinterland.

Requirements

Must have

• The words "Mostly Maintenance" as a minimum.
• I will use the logo on business cards, letter heads and on the vehicles, the logo should be easily read when printed onto a sign on the side of a moving vehicle 60 centimetres by 40 centimetres.
• I also will need to use on both dark and light backgrounds.

Nice to have

• The Gold Coast has blue water, golden beaches, high rise buildings and tropical green mountains.
• The colours or a cross section from ocean to beaches with high rises and tropical green.
• Space where email, website address and phone numbers can be added into the overall design.
