T-shirt Design Brief

We need a design that will be used for a Secondary schools Spirit Wear. Their colours are Red, White and Royal Blue. Their Team name is "Semiahmoo Totems" (as in a totem pole) Some logo's should include the "Athletic Dept."
Retro, Faded look. to put on baseball shirts, sweatpants, hoodies, and T-shirts. Should be Fresh new design , please see attached. Native theme a bonus.
