Postcard Design Brief

we need postcard design for our company targeting residentials.
"House Monthly Special" needs to be the main spotlight then, "No Initial Fee" (with 1 yr or 2 yr monthly/ bi-monthly contract). Licensed, Insured, Bonded must be included as well.
Also, our license # PR4606 needs to show next to the logo.
Our House Monthly Special rate starts from 34.99 (and is based on 1500-2000 SQFT)
Also, 10% off on pest control (Bedbug, Flea, Roach, Ant, Rodent, Bee, Spider, Moth, Fly and many more)
"Mold Licensed" needs to be mentioned.
House Monthly Special needs to be followed by No Initial Fee.
We are not satisfied with the sample postcard I am attaching. please just use the sample as a sample. You do not have to follow the wording on the sample postcard.
Also, the postcard is going to be mailed out. "Local Residential Customer" will be on the address label.
our phone number and web add needs to be on it.

• Big Saving should not be the main highlight.
