Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that represents personal training. I have a team of bodybuilding competitors including, bikini girls and beach body men. I coach competitors and I also want a logo for my personal training company. I develop new weight training and nutrition planning from beginner to experience people. I spend one on one with clients and help them improve to have a new physical lifestyle. Part of my logo the word "ON" i would like it to be a ON button or a power button. To represent the meaning of what I service to be. My clients and competitors will always be on a ON state of mind towards fitness.
