Logo Design Brief

The original logo featured a diamond in navy blue and is outdated, we need something that will stand out but still look classy enough to be at the entrance of a high-rise residential building. The actual building is called 'Regal Court Apartments' and we need clients to know about the real estate business located in the foyer. We need a logo that will stand out so clients know where and who we are but it also needs to look nice enough to be at the main entry of the building. A back lit sign as well as wrap around column signs will be implemented. There is a high amount of foot traffic at the entrance to the building however I'd like something that stands out from the intersection which is a few metres away.
