Logo Design Brief

Llano Management Services, LLC is a small management consulting company. We specialize in helping underperforming organizations identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans. Our clients are, presently, electrical utilities that operate commercial nuclear power stations. Our focus is on management and leadership behaviors that promote finding and fixing organizational issues.We are open to a unique symbol, but are leaning to a play off of the company name. Llano is taken from where the owner grew up - the Llano Estacado region of northern Texas. A western motif would be OK. Color selection would be in the desert/natural group (e.g., adobe, sunrise/set) group.
