Logo for a mixed residential and office development in Central London, UK. The mixed used development will house a unique combination of housing for young professionals (similar to serviced apartments) and innovative co-working space. The Logo should include the name of the street "Cosway Street"; the logo needs to translate the modern, innovative and unique nature of the scheme. At the same time the scheme is in a more traditional area, so it must also not be too "in the face". Imagine an older resident walking by and see the logo - they should be excited and not shocked by what is coming to their neighbouhood
